South Church privacy policy
This Privacy Policy explains how South Church Unitarian Universalist collects, uses and protects the personal information (as defined in point 1 below) provided to our organization.
1.Collection of Personal Information
Personal information such as names, phone numbers, and email addresses are only collected when people have voluntarily provided this information for that purpose. South Church does not record and store contact information without direct consent on a case by case basis.
2. Use of Personal Information
When personal information is collected it is used solely for the purpose of communicating on behalf of South Church Unitarian Universalist Congregation. This includes sending newsletters, event invitations and other important updates related to South Church.
3. Protection of Personal Information
South Church Unitarian Universalist takes the protection of personal information very seriously. All personal information collected is stored on secure servers, and access to this information is limited to authorized individuals who require access to perform their duties. Additionally, all access to the membership directory is controlled by the Administrator.
4. Sharing of Personal Information
South Church Unitarian Universalist will not share personal information with any third party services for processing. The phone numbers we collect and the consent we received will not be shared with third party providers. Personal information, including mobile phone numbers, will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
5. Changes to Privacy Policy
South Church Unitarian Universalist reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy. All policy changes are first reviewed and approved by the board of trustees.
