In early 2007, the South Church Board of Trustees has approved a 3 Council structure to streamline coordination among volunteers, improve communication, and make it easier to get things done.

Every committee and group at South Church is represented in one of three councils:

Religious Education
    Everything pertaining to Lifespan Faith Development

Program
    Worship, Music and Associate Programs

Assets
    Anything pertaining to the fiscal and physical health of our fath community

We are a Program-sized church with one minister - the perfect environment for the Council structure.  The three council structure has created an atmosphere with strong lay leadership, clearly defined roles and responsibilities, and clear lines of
communication.
